Our Products are sold at very low cost with little margin. We take care to ensure quality of our products. When products are shipped out, especially for overseas customers, it is very difficult and expensive to return the product, and thus we regret that any goods sold are not refundable. Kindly read the listings carefully to make sure you understand the item you are ordering to prevent misunderstanding and ordering the wrong products. In the event that there is a product defect, we will strive to discuss reasonable win-win solutions for both party. Thanks a lot for your understanding.

Affiliate Commissions - Affiliates can earn commission by providing a link at your website to refer your customers to our site to buy our products. Commissions earned from Affiliate Program would be payable monthly when commission amount hits SGD 50. For Affiliates outside Singapore, Paypal is the only mode of payment available unfortunately.
